Very cute restaurant. The appetizers were good, but the meal and dessert, were left lacking. I got the stuffed potato, with a Cesar salad, and the salad was not good, did not taste like Cesar. The potato was a very small, normal sized potato with 3 very thin slices of brisket. Not at all worth the price and the brisket had no flavor at all. We also tried the sopapilla cheesecake and it was also bland and not flavorful.Our waitress was inattentive and rushed through our ordering and check out.

The location and service at this place is excellent. The decor is very nice. We tried the salad with pears and pecans and asked to have chicken added. The salad had 4 thin slices of pear. We also ordered the chicken tortilla soup. We were disappointed as the salad dressing needs a little sweetening to compliment the flavors and the chicken tasted like frozen prepackaged strips. The tortilla soup was mainly large tomato chucks with the same chicken in pieces. I had the cup of soup and over 1/2 was tomato pieces. If you like tomato pieces, it's a good soup for you. Overall we felt the price for lunch was high. $50

Chicken was good, I recommend the triple chocolate brownie, so good 😀

I haven't been here for a while but took a few friends to celebrate a birthday. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all exceptional. Our server was friendly and attentive and gave great descriptions when we were ordering. Our food came out fast and had generous portions and was very tasty. My chicken fried steak was tender and delicious- best around town. The historic atmosphere is nice for this hometown boy. I used to buy school clothes here as a kid! I'll definitely be going back more often. This restaurant hits all the buttons! My only complaint is that it isn't open for longer hours. This one's a winner!

They were quite busy on my visit so it took just a minute or two for me to get served but everything was great and my burger was outstanding
